From sad front yard to a garden with curb appeal.

This front garden was a miserable space, with a disused bin tidy, cracked concrete and crumbling walls. So, we gutted it and started again, working to a limited budget.

We centred the gate in front of the door and moved the path so that everything aligned and created room for planting. The space had to be usable for all the residents: to facilitate access to the bins, we put down paving stones for a simple yet elegant look, and created a planting area in the front to add softness and colour to the scheme. Now, first impressions have been transformed: there is a real wow factor, which not only increases curb appeal but also the value of the flats inside.
