Our clients had a ground floor maisonette that needed some love. Not only did it want an update, but every room had to work incredibly hard for the family’s current living and working needs, and also for the longer term as a potential rental flat.

We designed clever and versatile solutions, including a pull down wall bed and built in joinery for the office, which can double as a wardrobe. We also put in a luxurious ensuite in the master bedroom, creating an indulgent oasis, as well as a spa like family bathroom for a real sense of calm. Now not only does it feel like a real home, but also an attractive option for future renters which maximises every available area.
