How do you create space and luxury in a house that feels cramped, dark and unloved?

This house had amazing potential but due to poor planning was dark, pokey and poorly finished. By strategically removing sections of wall and reconfiguring spaces, we were able to create light, flow and a high end finish, not just by replacing items but also updating and enhancing existing elements. The result is open, airy and sophisticated, and it feels like a new home!
